There is a real estate parking lot at the corner of Strathcona and York that you are free to use.

Please abide by all street parking signs to ensure you don't receive a parking ticket. Street parking is also available in the surrounding neighbourhood.

Please note that 10 Tom St is an over 100-year-old building and is not wheelchair accessible. There are 8 steps up into the building.

We are happy to assist you up the stairs. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
